Privacy Policy

Effective August 31, 2026. This is how Freedom Rave Wear, Inc. handles data in Greenlight. Questions: management@freedomravewear.com.

1. Who we are

Freedom Rave Wear, Inc. runs Greenlight. This policy covers the product at greenlightcmo.com and {slug}.greenlightcmo.com workspaces. Contact: management@freedomravewear.com.

2. What we collect

Account data: name, email, password hash, workspace role.

Workspace data: brand files, drafts, captions, images, video, comments, approval records.

Connections: tokens and IDs for channels you connect (analytics, ads, publishing). We do not store your social passwords. You enter those on a setup call or in the provider's own login.

Billing: card last four, customer id, and invoices through our payment processor.

Usage: logins, generations, publishes, and device/browser data needed to keep the session and debug failures.

3. How we use it

To run your workspace, bill you, prevent abuse, improve the product (including the monthly feedback call if you have one), and meet the law. We do not sell personal information. We do not train public models on your unpublished drafts as a default. Generated assets stay in your workspace.

4. Processors

We use vendors to host, store, bill, send email, and generate images or video. They see only what that job needs. We do not name every vendor in the product UI. A current list is available on request at the contact above.

5. Sharing

We share data with processors under contract, with you and your teammates, and if the law requires it. We do not sell your list or your creative to other brands.

6. Retention

We keep workspace data while the subscription is active. After cancel we keep billing records as required by tax law. You can ask for an export before the workspace turns off. After that, remaining copies are deleted on our normal backup cycle unless we must hold them.

7. Security

Sessions are cookie-based. Passwords are hashed. Connected-account tokens are stored server-side. No system is perfect. Tell us at the contact above if you think something leaked.

8. Your rights

You can access, correct, or delete your account data by emailing us. California residents can ask what we collected and whether we sold or shared it (we do not sell). We will not discriminate for exercising those rights.

9. Children

Greenlight is a business product. It is not for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their data.

10. Changes

The current policy lives at greenlightcmo.com/privacy. Material changes get notice by email or in the product.
